As the founder of Constant Consulting and Coaching, Matt combines his proven record in business optimization and strategic development with his deep passion for servant leadership—helping organizations and entrepreneurs achieve lasting, purpose-driven growth.
Throughout his career, Matt has managed multi-million-dollar portfolios and led large, cross-functional teams across the United States. Known for his ability to transform underperforming operations into top-performing business units, he has overseen more than $395 million in operational revenue and delivered measurable results through disciplined leadership, process improvement, and people-focused strategy.
